HOW TO ASK THE BUS PASS
The passenger has to ask for the issue of a recognition card. He can apply the pass filling out the form he can find in the sales point, in our headquarter in Via Salemi 97, Marsala and on our web site. To the form, the passenger has to attach:
a self-certification in which the passenger explains why he travels by bus (work, study, etc..)
n. 1 passport photo;
The recognition card costs €5,00 and it is valid for 5 years.
You can buy a bus ticket pass including 8 journeys to use in two months. To buy the bus pass, you has to ask for the issue of a recognition card, only for univerity students. You can apply the pass filling out the form you find in the sales point, in our headquarter in Via Salemi 97, Marsala and on our web site. To the form, you must attach:
copy of the university booklet
n. 1 passport photo;
The recognition card is free and it is valid for 5 years.
The bus ticket pass is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to third parties, it can only be used with the recognition card issued by Autoservizi Salemi Srl
In case of forgetfulness of the card or the bus ticket pass, the passenger is obligated to buy on board the regular ticket of simple travel;
The bus pass can be used only for the route bought;
After the issuance of the recognition card, the purchase of the bus pass can be made in all the dealer authorized by Autoservizi Salemi or online with credit card through the website www.autoservizisalemi.it When the passenger purchases the bus ticket pass, he will book the journey by entering the days and times of travel.
You are allowed to change your trip (time and date of travel) and to change your booking by your ticket pass, only if the change is requested by the date of travel originally booked.The reservation of the journey can be moved only within the expiry date of the bus pass;
The change of the journey can be requested by calling the call-center Autoservizi Salemi Srl at nr. +39 0923/981120 from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 19.00 or it can be done online on the website www.autoservizisalemi.it upon registration.To view your subscription from your account, you must associate the bus pass card number issued by Autoservizi Salemi with your account.The change of the route on the bus pass does not provide any penalty payment;
Requests for travel changes received in the days following the departure date indicated in the ticket are not allowed.
