Service charter
Each business company offering public service has to draft the Charter of Services, that is the service card in which the company come brought back the engagements and the duties that the company wants to adopt towards its own customers.
The following Charter of mobility (or Services card) was published for the first time on June, 16th 1999 and communicated to the Committee for the public service.
The aim of the Charter of Services is to play a major role in relations between the company and its customers.
